Welcome to Galileo Start (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using galileostart.org (the “Site”) and any related services, newsletters, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “user,” or “visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all of the Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

Content Ownership: All articles, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are owned by or licensed to Galileo Start and are protected by German, EU, and international intellectual-property laws.
Limited License: You may read, print, and download Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification requires our prior written consent.
User Submissions: If you submit content (e.g., comments, guest posts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, and adapt that material in any medium. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Accounts & Security

Some features (e.g., newsletter subscriptions, startup directory submissions) may require creating an account. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 12 will survive termination.
